Noc Support Analyst

Job Description:
• Understanding NOC support structure by customer
• Complete understanding of various IRG NOC services by product
• Complete understating of various IRG NOC services by customer
• Managing all aspects of customer site acquisition by the NOC
• Developing Rules of Engagement and other processes for both the NOC and the client to ensure all expectations are met
• Creating and implementing reports to manage NOC acquisition process and success
• Set up and test re-order and high-level inventory points
• Conducting initial training of customers on NOC processes, tools and reporting
• Maintaining and refreshing client specific processes
• Performing continuing education with customers on all Support
• Serving as escalation point for customers, NOC and other partners
• Quarterly reviews with Customer to review historic MTTR, availability, TT history and SLA metrics
• Managing IRG customer experience to ensure the highest level of quality and satisfaction

Experience
• Telecom/Broadband (DSL/T1, Cable, 3G, etc.) Project Management Experience highly desirable
