You
Have an I-can-do-that attitude about any problem presented to you and have been actively developing using PHP or an equivalent language for at least 3 years. You solve tricky problems quickly and cleanly, work hard, have great communication skills an
d enjoy working with an excellent team that gets things done and has a great time in the process. You're comfortable with the LAMP stack and can develop a full blown web application using just a text editor and your smarts. You've got a solid grasp of one or more of the major Javascript libraries (Prototype.js, jQuery, MooTools, YUI, etc). Servers that run Linux or Unix do not frighten you; in fact they may even excite you in strange and wonderful ways.

You've worked with relational databases (we use MySQL) and are comfortable writing complex queries (if needed) that will run on databases that hold millions of records. You know what Doctrine is and why it's awesome. When given a large and possibly vague task, you are comfortable asking lots of questions and developing iteratively with minimal spoon-feeding. Bonus points
• Familiarity with MVC frameworks (Zend Framework)
• Knowledge of Agile software development practices (Scrum)
• Drupal and Wordpress development/hacking/wrestling is a plus.
