Local Mac & PC Certified Repair and Consulting Company are looking for a unique individual to do some appointment setting from either our office or at your home if you're the right candidate. I know that there are a lot jobs like these in the Portland Met
ro Area, but no one will teach and train you how to reel them in like we can. You would be calling on businesses only. Every business runs on either a Mac or Windows or both! You can talk to them all. Why? Because not only are part of the Prestigious Apple Consultants Network, but also have Windows Professional Certified Staff. We will provide all the lists you will need to be successful. We will make you a WINNER!
There are the few of the requirements of the job as follows:
• Have the ability to follow a script without deviation
• Make a minimum of 80 calls a day or 400 per week
• Verify your appointment for the following day
• Follow-up with a Customer Survey after the Sales Rep. has gone on your appointment
• Keep record of the responses and turn them into the Sales & Marketing Director each week
• Be able to fill out a call log to keep record of calls made and appointments made
• Have the ability to schedule 2 to 4 prospects a day
• Enter appointments into a calendaring system
• After scheduling appointments, send out contact info/meeting confirmation to the client
• Help with scheduling needs of the sales staff when necessary
• Must have access to a computer and to the internet
