all, but growing website design and development company. In fact, we have more business than we can handle right now, so we need to find someone to help out with some of the work.
We're looking for a project manager/consultant. The position will be part-time to start, with the potential for moving to full-time if things work out.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting interviews with clients, their key staff members and their customers to fully understand their needs and their business (we have fairly standard interview questions prepared for you to use, but are always open to improving them and modifying them)
- Collaborating with clients to develop marketing strategy, create positioning and differentiation in their marketplace, and develop ideas for unique website pages or features
- Creating sitemaps and wire frames and presenting them to clients for review, revisions and approval
- Providing ongoing web usability advice throughout the project
- Conducting user testing throughout the project
- Working with and managing our designers and developers to facilitate timely delivery of designs, coded pages, testing and revisions
- Managing admin professionals to efficiently complete certain admin and logistical tasks
- Managing entire website projects from end-to-end. We define success as: completing a project on-time while providing an excellent experience for our client, which includes the service we provide them and their being extremely happy with their new website
