Our company is quickly growing, and is looking to add an additional network/systems engineer to our team immediately.

- Qualifications
------------------------------------------------
- Experience designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows 2003 | 2008 Server Domains.
- Proficient building, migrating and supporting Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 | 2007 | 2010
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Hyper-V and Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- Familiar with Linux and Mac OSX
- Disaster Recovery solutions, B2D and B2C
- Email security and End-point security
- Networking experience a must! Be ready to answer questions on firewalls, NATs, VPNs and ACLs.

- Responsibilities
------------------------------------------------
- Tier-2 and tier-3 support tickets.
- On-site services and support at client locations around the Puget Sound area
- Designing and execution of technical projects such as: MS Exchange 2003 to 2010 migrations, backup solutions, firewall upgrades, etc.
- Manage client monitoring software for health checks, hardware failures, etc.
- Manage Windows Updates and implement scheduled maintenance on servers for all customers
- Support and Troubleshoot Windows desktops and servers, Linux, Mac OSX, tablets and smartphones
- Recommend computer technology solutions to businesses
- Provide network documentation to clients.

- Additional
------------------------------------------------
- Microsoft, SonicWall, Symantec certifications preferred but not required
- 10+ years experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Servers and basic networking
- Ability to provide direction and answers to clients by identifying computer problems, researching resolution, and guiding clients through corrective steps
- Strong communication, organization and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills a must
- Dedicated team player
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Valid WA state drivers license
- Must provide transportation to customer sites
* Position is offered as Contract to Hire based on performance.
Location: Bellevue
Compensation: Annual Salary, Medical, Car and Cell phone allowance
