Description:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales and Sales Operations, this position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the use of Salesforce.com within the Sales and Restaurant Relations team.
Responsibilities:
◦ Daily maintenance of salesforce.com for a team of 200+ users, globally
◦ Research, recommend and implement process improvement with Salesforce.com
◦ Data quality management including data accuracy, de-duping, and new data acquisition
◦ Management of regular and ad-hoc reporting requests
◦ Implementation and training on Salesforce.com basics with new hires and new departments as needed
◦ Lead for integration initiatives with other internal systems, as needed
◦ Lead for sales process adoption and compliance
◦ Territory management -- including new hires, territory divisions, analysis, and recommendations
◦ Lead management -- process and maintenance for lead routing including multiple countries and multiple roles
Desired Experience:
◦ 3-5 years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
◦ Experience working with large, global teams
◦ Proven track record of managing complex data scenarios and multiple integrations
