What You Will Be Doing:
In this study, we are focusing on the resume-screening phase of the hiring process.
You will be presented with a series of randomly paired resumes and job descriptions. Based on those, you will rate the resume on the level of qualification for the job presented, and if the candidate is either worthy of further evaluation (second look, phone screen, etc.) or if they are not minimally qualified for the job.
For this phase in our study, you will be evaluating approximately 750 resumes over a 3-4 week period (we are looking to conclude this study by the end of February).
Ideal Study Participants:
HR, Recruiting, Sourcing, or Staffing professionals
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience of evaluating job applicants from any industry
Additional Requirements:
You must have internet access
Ability to read resume files in text file, pdf, and Microsoft Document formats

Training and Quality Screening:

7. Supervises maintenance of human resources records. Supervises maintenance of enrollment, application, and claims records for all benefit plans.
Education And Work Experience
A bachelor's degree and five (5) to ten (10) years experience in Benefits Management or Administration.
