Los Angeles Music Video Festival Seeking Interns
The Los Angeles Music Video Festival (LAMVF) is looking for a few special interns who are passionate about music and film and everything in between.
The LAMVF, now in its second year, was created for a s
ingle purpose: to celebrate the art of the music video. This festival brings together the independent music and independent film communities of Los Angeles and beyond like never before.
We are currently seeking interns who are interested in gaining experience in the following areas:
- Promotions and Marketing
- Event Coordinating
- Submissions and Artist Relations
This is largely a work-from-home position with flexible hours (5-10 hrs. a week). Some runs to pick up supplies and facilitate meetings may be requested (so a car and a clean driving record are a bonus but not required). Position runs from now through the end of May. The festival will be held May 4-6 in downtown Los Angeles.
In addition to a wonderful hands-on learning experience with flexible hours, you'll be able to meet some of the most influential and up-and-coming players in the Los Angeles music video scene - directors, director's reps, bands, DPs, editors, etc. Unfortunately this is an unpaid position but you'll receive free festival passes and t-shirts (5 each so you can hook your friends up).
