Responsibilities
Your job as the Customer Support Specialist will be to help guide our customers through the 8 Factors product experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of the customer service department. Duties

Understand the 8 Factors ecosystem and be able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms.
Understand and convey our vision, mission, and values to our customers.
Lead and/or participate in interdepartmental development projects.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of customer support experience at a tech company, preferably E-commerce.
Previous people-facing roles where the emphasis has been on quality of service.
Project Management and organizational skills.
