This is an opportunity to help people to keep their homes by pre-qualifying them for loan modifications. We are a legitimate, non-profit foreclosure consulting company that is registered with the California Attorney General's Office and has a bond on file with the California Secretary of State.
We use the U.S. Department of Treasury guidelines to determine if borrowers will qualify for loan modifications before they submit their application. We can advise them on legitimate adjustments that can be made to help them pass the key financial tests necessary to receive approval for a modification.
Your role can be full-time or part-time. Primary responsibility is to source qualified leads through your own network or through a variety of "cold" marketing approaches.
Compensation can range from referral fees for providing leads to commissions on closed clients. $150 per referral or up to $1000 per closed client.
This is a commission only, independent contractor relationship, with no benefits. Training is provided and you make your own schedule. $2 million professional liability insurance is provided for registered agents.

Overview:
-We are a nationwide investment company based in Austin, Texas
-We are looking for a broker or agent who is open minded to creative selling methodologies.
Most o
f our properties we are contract owner with rights of assignment by owner of record.
Our profits are usually generated through assignment fees. Often, transaction time from contract to
close can be just a few days.
-Our properties are perfect for buyers who can not currently qualify for a loan with a bank.
Buyers pay an assignment fee (typically 10% of the option purchase price) for our contract,
Lease Agreement With Option To Purchase. They then have 2-3 years typically (will vary
depending on the particular property) to exercise the purchase option at a set price while renting
the property in the meanwhile. We, our company and you, are paid at time of the contract assignment,
typically within days of "buyer" initiating the transaction.
-Our company handles all paperwork. All our contracts are in compliance with Arizona state law.
-Our company does extensive marketing for new property inventory which you will list for us.
We also market for buyers for those properties which we will refer directly to you as our local agent.
Compensation:
4%-Total
1% listing agent
3% selling agent
Note:
*If you sell to your buyer or a buyer we refer to you, your commission is 4%. We allow you to
represent the buyer when no other agent is involved in the transaction. Chances are good you
will be receiving 4% commissions more often than 1% commissions.
We do a lot of nationwide marketing so chances are good we will send you buyer prospects. In
the event we refer you a buyer who buys a listing which is not our, Gateway Realty, our Texas based
realty company receives a 30% referral fee.
Responsibilities:
